Every October, AddamsFest transforms Westfield into one of New Jersey's most unique destinations. Thousands of residents and visitors come downtown to experience art, entertainment, shopping, dining, and the delightfully unexpected.

Friends of AddamsFest
Host an Independent Event

Friends of AddamsFest recognizes independently produced events that complement the official AddamsFest programming and encourage residents and visitors to explore Westfield throughout October. These events are created, produced, and operated by participating businesses or organizations and are distinct from official AddamsFest programming.

Friends of AddamsFest is intended for unique experiences such as:

• Entertainment

• Educational programs or demonstrations

• Trivia or game nights

• Family activities

• Seasonal experiences

• Community gatherings

• Other original programming inspired by the wit, imagination, and delightfully unexpected spirit of AddamsFest

Wicked Windows of Westfield
Transform Your Storefront

Help create one of AddamsFest's signature traditions by transforming your storefront into an imaginative seasonal display.

​

Businesses have the opportunity to be paired with local artists, schools, or community organizations -- or you can create your own display. Wicked Windows encourages visitors to explore downtown throughout October while showcasing the creativity of our business community.

​

Wednesday's Finds
Celebrate Our Favorite Day of the Week

Every Charles Addams fan knows that Wednesday is our favorite day of the week.

​

Throughout October, downtown businesses are invited to celebrate AddamsFest by offering Wednesday-only reasons for customers to visit. Whether it's a limited-time menu item, retail special, giveaway, themed treat, exclusive product, or other creative in-store experience, Wednesday's Finds encourages visitors to return to downtown each Wednesday during AddamsFest. A curated list of particpating businesses will be shared by the DWC and AddamsFest in their promotional efforts.

Wednesday's Finds is intended for promotions and in-store experiences—not independently produced events.
