AddamsFest proudly announces The Counterfeiters performing at Charlie’s Ale Garden from 9:00pm - 11:00pm.

The Counterfeiters are one of the hottest acts on the cover scene. Relying solely on their vocals, incredible live performance, and top notch musicianship, The Counterfeiters will make you think you’re listening to the actual record!

Whether it’s a spot-on version of a Springsteen classic, a rocking medley combining the anthems of The Ramones with Billy Idol, or packing the dance floor with hit after hit from the 70s to today, The Counterfeiters leave every room they play to in disbelief and screaming for more, each and every time.

But wait, there’s more! Charlie’s Ale Garden is honored to showcase a line-up of amazing local talent for your entertainment as well.

WESTFIELD BALLROOM

Specializing in social dance instruction with an emphasis on fun, Westfield Ballroom will kick off the night's entertainment to get the party started.

The Thingama Jigs

Formed in 2016, The Thingama Jigs are a New Jersey band joyfully sharing Irish spins on rock classics and rock spins on Irish classics.

3rd Gear

If you like dirty rock 'n' roll served with a side of hot blues, you are gonna love 3rd Gear. The quartet are local boys who bill themselves as the "hardest rocking four-piece band in Essex County," even though we suspect they could outrock pretty much any trio or quintet, too.

Shots n’ Earplugs

Since 2012, Shots N’ Earplugs of Westfield, NJ has been bringing fans upbeat covers of Rock, Alternative and Pop-Punk hits from the 80’s, 90’s and 00’s. Featuring a distinctive dual lead guitar sound, multi-talented vocalists and a driving rhythm section, the band covers well known artists such as Foo Fighters, Weezer, the Killers, and Green Day. This true ‘basement band’ includes John Dencker (lead guitar, vocals), Jeff Hamilton (keyboard, vocals), Mark McMahill (bass), Joe Riordan (lead guitar), and Rich Vratanina (drums, vocals). The group got its name from two things that fans might appreciate having when they listen to the band.

BETTER LATE

Better Late is a band from Westfield, NJ known for its musicianship, vocal harmonies and high-energy live performances. Formed in 2017 when five dads from the same elementary school first performed together at a block party, the band has developed a signature mix of ‘80s, ‘90s, alternative and classic rock covers, ranging from Foo Fighters, Pearl Jam and the Killers to Pink Floyd, R.E.M. and the Rolling Stones - as well as some lost classics and one-hit wonders. Better Late's members are Sean Aitken (bass and vocals), Eric Bridge (guitar), Kevin Callahan (guitar and vocals), Tim Donovan (drums) and Paul Grygiel (keyboards and vocals).

Tickets

Advance tickets to the beer garden are $20, which include an entry wristband, six hours of live entertainment, and a commemorative beer or wine glass. Entrants must be 21 and older and provide proof of age.

This year, we are selling 30% more tickets. In response to feedback and in an effort to expand availability and offer tiered access, tickets will be sold as follows:

Group 1: AddamsFest stakeholders. All AddamsFest event chairs, core volunteers, and the first 13 entrants to the Haunt Your House contest will receive early access to the ticketing site during the week of September 23, with a limit of two full priced tickets per transaction.

Group 2: Early access raffle at FestiFall. 13 winners of the free raffle at the FestiFall AddamsFest booth (held in Downtown Westfield on September 22) will receive early access to the ticketing site during the week of September 23, with a limit of two full priced tickets per transaction.

Group 3: Westfield residents. A block of tickets reserved strictly for Westfield residents will be sold here on Friday, September 27, at 8pm. The ticketing team reserves the right to cancel any orders that do not present a verifiable Westfield address. Limit four per transaction.

Group 4: Party’s open. All remaining tickets will be sold here on Thursday, October 3 at 8pm. These tickets are open to anyone, with a limit of two per transaction, and one transaction per household.
